PF/ESI Registration
Introduction
Welcome to CorpIQ's comprehensive guide to ESI and PF registration. Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) are pivotal social security schemes in India designed to safeguard the interests of workers in contingencies such as sickness, maternity, old age, and employment injury. Ensuring timely registration not only benefits employees but also positions companies as responsible and compliant entities.
There are various schemes and laws which are introduced in India for factories and other business organizations. Out of all such schemes EPF and ESIC registrations are the most important ones. In both schemes, one thing is common, a predefined percentage is deducted from an employee's salary, and the proportionate amount is added by the employer. This aggregated amount is deposited to the account of the concerned employee. In this article, we will know about these two schemes and matters related thereto.
